Matching with a service dog requires careful consideration and a successful application. Please continue reading to learn more about our application process and how we determine eligibility to pair you with your perfect canine companion.
APPLY ONLINE
Submit an application if you’re interested in a service dog for an individual or school. A nonrefundable $35 application fee applies.
CHAT WITH US
Once we receive your application, we’ll review it and schedule a phone interview to determine if you’re a strong candidate for one of our dogs.
If you meet our criteria, we’ll arrange a meet-and-greet to ensure the perfect match. We’ll also discuss your specific needs and expectations.
